remove jansy and jquery dependency #83

using Angular - don't want to have any reference to jQuery in the app

This has been removed and I added in angular-aside to replace the slide out menu functionality.

This was meant to remove jQuery - buuuuuut bootstrap.ui requires jQuery and some Rails functionality method: delete on href's require jquery_ujs
