Can you provide the exact dataset files to download? I had downloaded following file:

PANCANCER_ANOVA.csv
DTP_NCI60_ZSCORE.xlsx
DTP_NCI60_RAW.xlsx

What is your current working directory? There are so many file paths which was hard coded with /home/lk/...

Instructions are not clear at all. I'm researching on your projects for reproducible ML models, for which I chose your paper and trying to reproduce it.
