Update Tshirt size to all sizes #105

We will need to update the fields AND email all attendees to update this information. Tim, I can do this, but it won't be in the feature, so do you want to do this in dev and test first or throw caution to the wind and do it on prod?

@bendygirl The defaults for COD are broken up by Mens and Womens XS - XL. We added our own values of Small, Large and 2XL. Can you define "all sizes" so I know what to do about this? If we go back to Men/Women, I'll have to make a decision about how to manipulate (update hook) the existing data into the COD defaults (Men's vs. Women's) or just leave our values and we can make an assumption about the existing sizes being Men's and mention that when we notify registrants.

I'd prefer not to have to write an update hook.

@bendygirl Any thoughts on this? We didn't do anything with this over the sprint. Is the t-shirt printing date looming?
