Obfuscate username for those that do not change from email address #77

The default username is email address when registering. This is printed out on the user page and possibly other places. We need a module or something to obfuscate (or hide?) these so email addresses aren't harvested from the site.

Should we offer an option on profile page to hid it? What modules provide this functionality for not just input filter?

This was accomplished via the CDN that @unn put in front of the site.
