Test default COD program page/section functionality #80

New: Test accepting sessions and scheduling them into rooms/times so we can see what the default COD output is.

Previous: Test implications of opening permissions to the program. Investigate implications of doing this.

https://www.drupalgovcon.org/drupal-govcon-2015/program Is not currently accessible by anonymous, only authenticated user. Not sure why. Sessions can still be viewed by anonymous by appending sessions to path.

Removing from sprint as are we not going to use any of the default "program" functionality. We are going to work on the /schedule functionality.
