Fix spam issue on site and remove spam!

Lots of spam registrations and some spam comments/content. Mollom isn't being applied to the ticket registration form and there is no option to do so in the Drupal UI, but using the Mollom API we can expose the appropriate form to Mollom and then configure it. • [x] Test upgrade to COD beta9 which has improvements for Ticket registration processes.

• Remove spam comments (don't see any spam comments)
• Remove spam content (don't see any spam content)
• [ ] Remove spam form submissions (I think there are a few in volunteer and a bunch on contact us)
• [x] Adjust ticket registration limit back to lower amount

@bendygirl I slogged through more users and then deleted any tickets without user association, leaving us with the expected number of tickets. There are a few users I'm unsure about, so please have a look at page 1-2 of the users list.
