Test Speaker email functionality #98

Test for Accepted and Declined.

@timwood on this one, can we add a review for the messages. We need to test that it goes out and that there is a message that uses the replacement tokens (guessing that will be the case). We might also need to review and edit those messages.

One last question, did you see similar functionality for sessions not selected?

@bendygirl Is this still relevant since you and Jess communicated w/speakers outside of Drupal already?
