Session status inconsistencies #90

After plotting all the sessions, we updated COD so that each session was marked as Accepted, Backup or Declined.

The Sessions page - under Manage Published Sessions https://www.drupalgovcon.org/admin/conference/1/sessions IS showing all the Declined sessions.

HOWEVER

When you go to the Speakers tab to use the email function https://www.drupalgovcon.org/admin/conference/1/speakers/declined IT IS NOT showing all the declined sessions.

you have to unpublish the declined sessions for the view to render correctly
