I've created a (proposed) layout for content in the gdoc here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oGGBXmcSUTvcd_Og4wF_2uFTVfGn_l6cWyCtiln9mOs/edit?usp=sharing

It's adapted from Montreal DrupalCamp 2013 site, and the Toronto DrupalCamp 2014 site, with extra goodness added as relevant.

Have a read, hack away, etc.
