General Information is incomplete

The general information page at http://2014.drupalcampmontreal.com/en/content/general-program-information is incomplete.

• The tracks section should contains more information. Something that says that there will be tracks, and that a Drupal 8 is very likely.
• For the language section, if we known/decide that a translation service will be available, this should be mentioned.
