Reconfirmation Campaign for mailing list

We've created a cakemail account and we need to reconfirm the email addresses collected from camps, etc. We're going to need a "thank you" landing page to include on the mail, so that part has to come first. Reference: https://www.cakemail.com/knowledge-base/deliverability/how-do-i-reconfirm-list

CakeMail does not offer a free plan anymore, I swtiched to MailChimp. Not sure if they offer this feature.
