Create high level organizational chart #10

@cleverington proposed the following to make the onboarding process for people coming into our collaboration less daunting -

From an onboarding perspective, as I am trying to get up to speed, it might be prudent to create an organizational chart and/or mind-map representing the digital and contributor infrastructure of the gathered projects and how they correlate with each other.

To get things started he created a draw.io chart and we've been discussing in #drupalopenlearning (Drupal Slack). https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7CBOlGaI4mhUXJ6MnV5SXJrZHM/view?usp=sharing

Being the Slack transcripts will not last forever, we should use this issue to work out the details in the open. And since @cleverington is providing much needed clarity and guidance, it makes good sense for him to own this.

Thanks!!!

@cleverington With regards to the list of roles for each project, this is something we're still trying to define with consistency across multiple projects and repos. I think it would help if there was a master list of roles, responsibilities and definitions.

As far as I can tell this wiki that @mmilutinovic1313 started would be the closest thing we have. https://github.com/elmsln/openulmus.org/wiki/(3)-Role-Descriptions

Do you think that's something we can build upon or possibly we should first define in a google doc? I think we'll all be good with whatever you recommend.

I think we can incorporate variations of this process into what was started here - https://www.drud.com/workflow/the-practicality-of-project-reference-guides/

Along with the article and template, we have Rick Manelius available to collaborate and mentor in #drupalopenlearning (Drupal Slack)

@cleverington Are you available/interested in working with Rick to incorporate into our process?

Leaving this open until we determine who can take on this task on our end.
