Add CSS directory #17

Although you've got reference in the HTML to:

    <style type="text/css" media="screen">@import url("css/screen.css");</style>
    <style type="text/css" media="print">@import url("css/print.css");</style>

There is no css directory with these files.

Hi Mike. I ultimately got tripped up on the markdown to html and markdown to pdf conversions. I'll get this cleaned up when I finally get to a 1.1 release. I'll add that to the list.

Thanks! I wish there was an easy way to do this. Best example I've seen thus far on how to manage this is from: http://24ways.org/2013/how-to-write-a-book/
