Update calculation of maximum dispersal distance in gridded mode #507

Current implementation:

float _maxDispersalDistance(float height) {
     float constant = 0.921;
     return RandUniFloatRange(0, 2 * constant * height, &dispersal_rng);
}

Proposed implementation:

float _maxDispersalDistance(float height) {
    float constant = 8.337;
    return RandUniFloatRange(0, 2 * constant * (height/100), &dispersal_rng);
}
