Update format of % live Figures scenarios are spread across Figures similiar to biomass and litter Figures #196

The scenarios are not divided in the same way for the % live Figures as they are for the biomass and litter Figures. This makes it more difficult to compare the same scenarios across Figures that show % live, biomass, and litter.
