Currently we have cheatgrass litter fractions peaking in late winter, but given that cheatgrass completes most of its growth during the cold-season and senescences in the summer, it seems reasonable that litter should actually peak in the late summer/early fall.

Here is a new proposal for litter fractions for cheatgrass:
