Some additional files can be removed from STEPWAT2 in cloneSTEPWAT2.sh before the generate_rSFSTEP2_structure.sh is called, which will duplicate the STEPWAT2 file structure for the number of site-scenario combinations that are requested. These files are not needed to successfully run the program and increase the size of the resulting file structure.
