Fhat purpose of that script exactly? Just download duolingo content from site to my pc or for example completly translate duolingo cource in portugeece for english natives from english to russian?

The purpose is to download the vocabulary that has already been learned in the course. I forgot to update, but additionally it will save it as an Anki card deck with pronunciation.

But no plan to translate a course

This feature used to be there in Duolingo in older versions, but at least for some of the courses they unfortunately removed it
