Added nollning to navbar #475

added navigation from the dsek navbar to nollanu. Wanted to make the nollning button be filled with another color to stand out but could not find the right component and to define the color in.

@BlixtSamme I feel like something is missing here. "nollning" special behaviour is added but never used
