It's not obvious how to navigate to a kernel with no name #20

When kernel's don't have a name, it's not obvious that there's a link in
the titlebar to navigate to them.  One solution would be to set the
namelink to be '__' or '*' or 'unnamed' if there's no name, but still have
the namefield be blank.
