Visual method to indicate a kernel body is in the process of hydrating #29

Sometimes hydrating the html for a kernel body takes a bit of time. We need
some sort of indicator that this is happening, preferably in the kernel
body itself.

To test this behavior, add an existing kernel to a view, and then
immediately expand it.
