Objects should shrink in size when dropped in another expanded child
kernel.  In the past, in popcorn, we made them be the same percentage size
of the child that they were of the parent.  However, this often makes them
too small.  However, not having them shrink at all seems weird too.  So the
happy medium is probably somewhere between the two.
