Inflow/Outflow #83

I am unable to use the inflow/outflow tool. The only secnario where I can get particles to generate is to set the fluid to 'fill mode: face' and only select oneface. W

hen trying to simulate a fluid with anything but a face I get the error that 'Domain size of particles in direction X is not zero'. Even then, the partuicles generate but do not move once the simulation has been run and opended in parraview.

I have compared my Def.xml file against the file in the 3D inflow example of dualSPhysics and I can not see the issue with how my case had been set up.

Basically, incrementing the X-axis simulation domain, in Execution Parameters, so it includes the inlet/outlet zones.
