Enable A11YLint doesn't persist across documents #5

Maybe this is by design, but the Enable A11YLint setting gets turned off when ever I close a document. I expected it to stay on for all HTML document until I explicitly turn it off.

That isn't the behavior I would expect, but I have seen less-than-ideal behavior when switching between different sets of documents across multiple Brackets windows. I'll take a look.
