RW 1.5: Research button missing on projects with prerequisites #14

For Dub's Mint Menus: in 1.5 the "Research" button is missing for research projects that have prerequisites. I went ahead and removed all other mods except the DLCs and harmony and the problem persists. Just to make sure it did indeed work and I wasn't crazy, I downgraded to 1.4 and indeed the research button is present.

This bug is driving me nuts. I'd forgotten how annoying it is not being able to queue research to be done once it's prerequisites are met. I keep forgetting what I was doing the other research for.
