add top bar with volume, mute state, radio name and current track #15

I had to change quite a lot of code to get a top bar especially because the list model was made to take the whole window by default

I also changed the maximum volume to 150 because it is actually the max of libmpv

Stange things happen when name is too long, probably not linked to anything you've done so fine for now, we'll need to fix that later tho: image
