We need to be able to let the user create and configure raffle in the Control Panel page.
The user will hit the create button, enter necessary information of the raffle, and then begin adding questions, like creating a form.
In the panel, raffles also need to be configured after created, which will in the same page where the inputs will be auto-filled with the current information.
