Raffle Control Panel for Users #3

We need to create a panel page for users where they can see and edit their current, previous or active raffle, start the raffle and share the screen for the participants

Tremor/react library has many visualization components that we can easily use for this page, to let the user see the participation data easily.

@Utkub24 sorry I missed the comment, it was used by Vercel in their templates, I thought it could be a nice package to use. There might be better ones but I think Tremor gives a good enough theme and styles for now

Since the control panel is the most complex feature/page of the project, I will most probably close this issue and create smaller sub-issues.

We could also keep this issue alive but treat it as an epic. And create sub-issues under it (tasks).
