managed to get out of the gh-pages situation which was confusing to me

changed to theme minimal

now readme.md = index.html which is probably not ideal. I would like to have less geek-oriented stuff there.

decided to move extension to own organization (#22) so website will now be served from https://duckducklib.github.io/

site generator will be MkDocs instead of jekyll as previously planned
