Change !shop to allow bulk purchase #55

Pretty much as the title says. As the extra parameter (for the items it makes sense for, like clips or bullets), players should be able to give a positive non-zero integer for a bulk purchase (e.g. !shop 2 2 buys 2 clips)

@paris-ci tu peux continuer à ajouter des fonctions au shop, lors du refactor je les intégrerai. c'est pas un problème. le seul truc blocking actuellement c'est #39 et c'est pas lié à ça.
