Conflict schedule should not be added.

Thank you for your report.

The reason to why we allow conflict schedules to be added is to allow users to have overlapping schedules. This conflict manager only serves to warn the user if there are any conflicts when entering a new schedule but not prevent them from adding in as they might actually want to have overlapping schedules.

This is intended by design.
