If problem starts with "itu.", then kattis should suggest switching hostname. #103

Most people probably don't know that you can change the hostname to itu.kattis.com, and just think that the tool doesn't work for the itu subdomain. Perhaps make it so that if they try to submit, they will get a suggestion to switch hostname.
