Major update 1 - Githubissues

Making CMake friendly, working with non-Visual-Studio IDE-s.
Bug-fixes mostly related to the misuse of header-guards.
Fixes for parameter passing nested multidimensional arrays.
Fixing some typos.
Adding clang-format style file for consistent code style.
Reformatted ALL sources with clang-format.
Started fixing, simplifying the logic in CPP sources, (there are a lot to be done later on).
