Feature: Allow more dimensions to be controlled #3

Utilize Forge capabilities to allow time control of more dimensions than the Overworld.

Only non-derived dimensions will be compatible as derived dimensions base their time of day on the Overworld.

Galacticraft is a mod worth looking into adding compatibility for when it comes out for 1.16.5.

I have yet to find a single custom dimension that is not derived from the Overworld.

Good Night's Sleep appears to be non-derived, but it actually uses the game-time as the basis for its skybox calculation, while its day-time is still derived from the Overworld. While it would not work in a standard way, a compatibility plugin may be worth creating in the future.
