Adding a Parcel Tracker #6

Hi Dudebaker!

I made a Parcel Tracker for myself to track parcels with GadgetAdditions UI. It tracks up to 4 parcels using parcelsapp.com API. Many can use it for free up to 10 parcels from parcelsapp.com API account (I'm not affiliated with it just to be clear :D )

I wanted to ask if I can open a PR in here so that many others may want to use it.

PS. I also did a Power Draw meter but that needs manual value additions in the .ini per PC specifications so didn't suggest that, since it needs some PC building knowledge.

Hey aakyol,

do I understand correctly that you need an API (and so an account)? Then I will not allow to add this to the suite since the majority of the users will not want do this. That's the same reason why I changed the crypto currencies tracker that many times... The skins have to work out of the box (beside the HWiNFO Skin, but if you want to use this skin, then you will have to have some background knowledge).

You could create a patch for my suite if you want to share it to the public and have it in my suite: https://docs.rainmeter.net/manual/distributing-skins/#MergeSkins

Then I can add a link to your repo in my description.
