Cannot turn off Cropination to use Hoe normally. #68

Issue description:

Check box in the game configuration settings does not seem to effect the Cropination behavior. As a result, I am unable to use hoe normally to till dirt in single row for seeding melons or pumpkin for example. (Also game crashes if hoe runs out of durability, which has been reported earlier by someone else) I tried turning Cropination ON and OFF number of times to test the behavior of hoe.

What happens:

Regardless of the setting, hoe always tills as much land as it can around water source.

What you expected to happen:

I expect hoe to only till one block of dirt (as it normally does in vanilla minecraft) when I have Cropination settings OFF.

Does this issue occur on a server or single player world?

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start game with mod installed.
  2. Turn off Cropination feature of the mod.
  3. Use hoe on dirt block next to water source.
