Laggy UI #7

I have a fairly old but still usable computer and I am able to play on old Dueling Network just fine. But when I tried to run this version it's just too laggy to be able to do anything (I'm getting maybe 3-4 FPS). I know that it's REALLY early for this kind of concern but I just wanted to know if this behavior is expected as of now and it's going to improve later on or it's just my computer not being able to handle it.

I'm going to add that the UI appears a bit horrid, and I could fix that up, which could also solve the scaling from mobile to desktop problems, but the interface might become different from the current Flash design. Should I fork, create a pull request, and experiment?

This repo is for doing a rewrite of the current FLASH DN. Its written in JavaScript and will behave fairly well when it comes to animation.

We wont be addressing any issues with the current DN. No Flash is used here. Feel free to fork and experiment. Pull request are accepted as long as they dont massively undermine the direction we are going. The goal at the moment is to just recreate the current look and functionality.

@cumandr Feel free to fork and PR, that's why we're on Git. The UI is still in development, and every help is welcome.
