lower case drive letter are not handling properly.

3.3 and later

Process

configure "lowercase" axis

try to axis letters

M584 X0.0 Y0.1 Z0.2 'A0.3 'B0.4 'C0.5 E0.6                     ; set lower case drive mapping
M291 R"Test lowercase drive letters" P"expected drive letters XYZabcE" S3 X1 Y1 Z1 'A1 'B1 'C1 E1
