Started my framework tasks(react and slim) and Updated my ecommerce page

Task: Slim php, React and php I created the slim api endpoint for the get request. I implemented form validation using php for my ecommerce registration page. I started my react application and created all the components needed for the app completion. I did a little bit of routing in the react app and i am still working on it.
