This will help us assess a good baselining period for freely-moving tasks that might have lots of activity during the ITI

Could we take baseline from low motion index periods?
or when nose is visible but stationary?
Or perhaps taking the average of the ITI is fine - can we justify that as the baseline? This will help

We have to ensure any baselines we use make sense and fairly represent any firing rate changes

Will also potentially plot:

8 sec around LED on, allows vis. of ITI activity vs trial activity across units.

For posterity: we discussed this and decided we should just try to avoid baselining if possible, using analyses that don't require it. We can always revisit if needed.
