Sending user can accept delivery #156

I was able to ACCEPT a delivery I sent to another user. This requires having access to the email to get the url.

This is only an issue with S3 deliveries. The DukeDS deliveries will already handle this because we use the DukeDS API to fetch data for generating delivery details.
