Fix 'Connection failed. Retrying.' error

Users started receiving the following error when attempting to list ddsclient projects:

Connection failed. Retrying.

This seems to be related to a certificate problem with api.dataservice.duke.edu.

The DukeDS team updated the cert and this problem was resolved.
