Simple support for workflows using FASTQReadPairType[] #150

Adds a fastq-read-pair-list component that subclasses fastq-file-pair-list and provides the structure needed by FASTQReadPairType[]
Support is "simple" in that it only provides one file in each array.
Shows a warning message to indicate that bespin-cli can be used for the more complex case.

Fixes #138

Upon release we can enable the UI for workflow versions that have FASTQReadPairType[] inputs.
