Refactor TailwindCSS form elements using global classes
Pull request 16 into acceptance
Clean up file structure

To Do:

Implement TailwindCSS on multi-modal script
Label X and Y axes on charts
Add function to generate charts
Add slider inputs with ranges where appropriate
Create nested Nav component
Add/confirm accessibility, simulate screen reader
Add info tooltips next to input variables
Make form input components
