(2) use new, hashed Safeid as user param #192

Also about this code: could we pass the safeid that is stored in the overall csv file? For example, the link above has been sent to participant number 13, whose safeid is a7CxVicw6wwr; but the code that is passed is DThtmEDtuW5N. While it was useful in our previous studies to have this separate study id, we now need the safeid passed as the ‘code’ parameter, so in this case a7CxVicw6wwr.

The new hashed safeid is being used as the code now -- also I'm able to see it in the csv export @olssonresearch
