(3) Capture extra params for source attribution (facebook etc) #193

3) We would like to invite people to join MySurveys in different ways - through Facebook, through SFI tweet account etc, and it would be useful how each participant came to us. Could we catch the parameter value that we would add to the musurveys link, e.g. https://mysurveys.santafe.edu//?a= , and then include this parameter in the csv file with all participants?
