(6) Add dropdown filter for PayPal 'New' in selection screen #196

6) To filter participants, we now only have the option to select those who have ‘Ok’ status. Could we make this a drop down list so that we can also select those with ‘New’ status?

@olssonresearch Henrik I've added a dropdown for PP options New and Ok and the necessary backend code - lmk if it works as expected !
