Sum the peers and show that value in the row

indicate the peer 'nickname' and also show their email in the row

@olssonresearch I added new columns to the csv export - for each listed friend, the following column will indicate that friend's PayPal ID status. Then at the end, a column should show the tally of friends with stauts of 'OK' - screenshot attached let me know!
