Opening a project again on the Select participants tab should show the saved selection of participants, now it shows 0 matching participants. #213

On the initial selection screen, if contacts are already selected, show that it's the case by having them already checked

@olssonresearch - he ability to select and deselect with buttons is available now - screenshot below and also live on server, let me know if it works!

@DukeCityDigital The buttons work, thank you! But opening a project again, the Select participants tab still show the selection of participants as 0, even though there is a saved selection of more participants
