Add a column on the Select participants tab that indicates if they have been payed for the project #216

@olssonresearch I just made an update for this - see screenshot below. If a user has been invited to the current project it will show an invited value, and if they have had their payment confirmed that date will show up under the invited date - let me know if this works ok! project-invited-paid

@DukeCityDigital Thank you! Could we make this two columns? That is, one column that shows the date invited, and the other the date when the payment was confirmed.

This has been updated - two separate columns now for invited/paid, lmk!
